Judgment against AEC Digital SOLUTIONS LLC in London County Court

 

This statement is relevant for all present or future trading parties of AEC Digital Solutions LLC.

 

County Court at Central London found against AEC Digital Solutions LLC and ordered that the Defendant should honour its contracts and pay the full amounts (with interests) owed to the Claimant.

 

Azimute Ltd CEO, Alain Waha, stated: “AEC Digital Solutions LLC have tactically ignored this matter despite being in full knowledge of the facts.  We resorted to the courts after months of stalling by AEC Digitial Solutions LLC.  We are now instructing debt recovery agency and obtaining a 3rd Party order to recover the sums owed directly from AEC's clients.”

 

The dispute relates to April 2014.  According to public websites and court documents, at the relevant time AEC Digital solutions LLC was owned by Messrs Carl Jansen (managing member), Jeff Carpoff (owner DC Solar Solutions), Frank Schwab and Tim Gallagher.  The main “Executives / Advisor of AEC Digital Solutions LLC were Rajesh Garg (President AEC and CFO CityZenith), Sanjay Jain (Senior Mgr Finance), Michael Jansen – Advisor and CEO CityZenith.
